Sailing

Pico has a small marina in Lajes, but there are other places to dock safely, such as Madalena. You can rent a boat, with or without a crew, and enjoy breathtaking views while sailing around the island, or go on a trip to the other islands in the central or eastern group. Its proximity to the island of Faial and Horta’s marina provides ideal conditions to carry out this activity.
